Food is a good thing


So here is my lunch today which I actually start eating around 11 or so
It’s so simple and so good I actually made it this morning before leaving the house keep in my cooler bag till I’m ready for it…and that’s now! LOL

2 cans tuna in oil (drained)
Sea salt Blk pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons of Mayo (I think I used 4 in reality 🙂
2 tbs of EVOO
2 hard boiled eggs
Handful of baby organic Spinach

Equals one delicious meal!

Lots of yummy fats and nutrients extremely low in carbs 🙂

So I continue to
