I find myself at a time in my life that I know many of my friends have been through. This time is when one of their parents

have arrived at the time of their lives that require us, as their children to care for them, because they can no longer do this the way they were able to.

My mom is at this point, it happened overnight without warning. We are about 2 hours away from each other, therefore I am working on getting her closer to us.

Please be patient while I tend to my mom at the age of 80, the sweetest & kindest woman one can know.

Thank you!

A rainbow showed up in my backyard yesterday

As the colors of nature change, so does life in so many ways.

  2. Oh Ada, how beautiful… are a great daughter. My mom just turned 85 and thank goodness she is ok, slowing down alot, but I can’t imagine when her time comes. I tell her everyday that I love her. Hope you can work things out with the transfer….miss you at work. hang in there, my friend and keep us all posted.

  3. This is such a beautiful expression of your feelings and tribute to your mother. And the pictures and captions put with them are truly touching. My thoughts and prayers are always with you at this difficult time in your life. God will give you the strength to get through this – “If He brings you to it, He will bring you through it’. I truly miss seeing you every day at work.
